Definitely, broker, Mr Greg Heller has not been trained and does not know how to treat carriers. After booking a load that was posted on DAT going to CHICAGO and after we got a rate con, address was wrong. We resolve that issue, and we got new delivery address which is 33 miles more than originally my part of the job was to ask the gentleman if he was willing to pay extra considering the mileage was not the same and his load was not going to the location originally shown. To be on same page load was originally paying $550 on 313 loaded miles which changed to 346 miles. His answer was: ''Ill just recover this load sorry for the inconvenience''. If I could wait with an empty truck for his solution to the problem around the address for 30 minutes, he could also deign to offer any price or simply explain that there is no room for a price and give me space to think, instead to tell ''Ill just recover this load sorry for the inconvenience''. Obviously, communication skills are not at the level they should be. Btw, never had a problem with Somerset in the past.

DO NOT HAUL FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY CANCEL THE LOAD AFTER ALREADY 15 MILES FROM PICK UP AND WILL NOT SEND A TONU FOR DRIVER DUE TO HIS APPT WAS AT 6:30am. NICOLE IN HEADQUARTERS IS VERY RUDE AND NOT A VERY GOOD PERSON TO BE IN HER POSTION.
