Jaime Garcia was a great residence manager. Pleasant. Responsive. Thoughtful. Accommodating. The building is relatively new, was kept clean and is in a generally quiet and safe location between the Vanderbilt and Belmont campuses and walking distance to restaurants, stores and the post office. We chose this building over others in Nashville because it has fewer residents (it didn't feel like a college dorm), the costs were lower or comparable and wasn't in the thick of the city noise and Nashville chaos.

Have absolutely loved living here. The location is great especially for Belmont/Vandy students. The gym/amenities room is awesome. Jamie is always helpful, personable, and great at managing whatevers going on with the place. Shout out to Will and Eric on the maintenance team as well, they are always nice and quick with handling service requests.

Extremely pleased with Belcourt Park and specifically, Jaime Garcia, the exceptionally high quality property manager handling the complex. Very well managed property in a fantastic location.
