Lived here for a while. Upstairs neighbor has leaks, it floods in to my unit. Had a leak of my own, it was so bad it was coming through multiple outlets. Was a leak causing the carpet in one of the rooms to be soaked. Whole unit smells like mildew, which has seeped in to all of our clothes. Finding mold everywhere from the dishwasher (which we haven't used in months) to under the carpet. Tried a carpet cleaner, to no avail. No one cares, they just want the money.

Do not recommend. Band aid fixes to everything. Apartments themselves on the inside are "fixed" just enough to pass inspections. Things in my apartment have literally been fixed with tape. Duct tape, clear tape, painters tape attached is a picture of the door being held together with tape, the whole door was then painted (including the tape) to camouflage this. The other side of the door was also held together by tape, the tape has since fallen off and the door no longer stays closed. However this is the least of my problems. During the summer many many people had issues with air conditioning not working. They did not have enough window units for everybody & at times it was 90+ degrees in the apartment. Currently as of September of 2023- in the last few months they have repaved the entire parking lot ( which was not in horrible conditions at all) We ( all of the tenants) have received letters stating that they are doing blind inspections ( meaning they are inspecting our window blinds to make sure they don't look broken). And then another letter for "porch inspections " stating what you can and cannot have on your porch, the only things you are allowed to have on your porch are patio furniture and plants only real plants and not fake plants. You can draw your own conclusion from this and see where their priorities are at.

I have had nothing but a wonderful time renting for 3 years at cobblestone the management is amazing they always help and very accurate about everything that they do I have really enjoyed knowing the two ladies that manage the property they are wonderful people and I love living there knowing that I had good management the maintenance crew is amazing anytime I needed anything fixed they was there for me anytime I had any problems the management the manager took care of it I want to thank the management of the apartments and I love you all very dearly and I will miss you my two wonderful ladies I love you all
