    These folks are crooks. They began treating me differently after my use of federally funded protections during covid. The apartments were roach infested. If you are not in a renovated apartment they still are. I believe that the leasing office stole and cashed a check for rent payment that was from a federal source. They evicted me and demanded I pay again. I went to court for the eviction with my proof of the evidence of theft and they chose to dismiss their filing. Their original filing was for $2337 and you dismiss that when i show up?!? That's fishy from the start. The owed amount was dismissed "with prejudice" meaning they can never take me back to court or pursue that amount. THEN, 10 days later they violated the courts' ruling and sent me an invoice demanding payment for the dismissed amount. After i vacated they renovated the apartment and invoiced me for their renovations and standard operating costs. They charged me for "paint". That has never happened in the history of any apartment complex anywhere especially when they also charged and seized my $400 security deposit. They emailed me from a noreply email address and threatened that if I refuse to pay they will put the amount on my credit report. They claimed I missed one month of rent are trying to extort me for $4,752. They are even trying to charge me for their legal fees and the court documents clearly state that they are to absorb those fees from the dismissal. Do not be fooled these folks market to low income individuals, minorities, and international migrants and then they financially abuse and take advantage of them. I'm preparing to go into litigation against them and to criminally prosecute for the theft if it is proven to be on of their employees. This is a true story as of today 12/19/2023. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION!!!! THE REVIEW MADE ME GIVE A STAR OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS **
