Maintenance requests are rarely addressed in a timely manner, if at all, and the office staff is completely disorganized and unreliable. To make matters even worse, I have been told this apartment complex has a reputation/history for illegally evicting tenants at the drop of a hat in order to bring in higher paying tenants. Even when the quality of the units doesn't come close to justifying the high prices they charge, the management is more than happy to kick out long-term tenants in favor of quick profit for landlord. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering living at this apartment complex to look elsewhere. The combination of disgusting living conditions, rude and unprofessional office staff, and ruthless eviction tactics make it a truly miserable place to call home.
