    Beautiful community! The leasing staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Cristen gave me all the information I needed about the community and I plan on applying in a few months.

    The property itself is beautiful, but the dogs here might do a better job of managing the building and resident needs. Nobody acknowledges maintenance requests, nobody responds to emails, and if you need something simple like the package room opened no one ever seems to have a key. Were on 6 emails that have gone unanswered and 2 in person meetings with no resolution about a storage unit, which youd think would be simple. Weve only been here 2 months so cant wait to see what the next year has in store.

    Sidewalks desperately need to be salted. EXTREMELY dangerous walking conditions and not one bit of salt on any of the walk ways or parking lot. Anyone especially elderly can fall and hurt themselves. I have slipped every time Ive gone outside. Theres been 0 maintenance done to remove the snow and ice on the sidewalks around the apartment building. They just issued a notice that your car will be towed if you park outside of a parking spot but there isnt enough parking spots to begin with. At least every night there is about 8+ cars parked outside of spots because there no where to park, on top of that if you find a spot it is very far from your apartment. We havent had the trash taken out all week even though we are paying $30 a month for trash removal and its been building up since last Sunday. The hallways are starting to stink!

Mike M - I'm so sorry to hear your experience has not met your expectations (or our standards). We did reach out to speak to you privately regarding your concerns but were unable to reach you. While we understand during the time of your move in we were going through a transition in staffing and training with a new team. The frustrations you speak of should not have occurred and we'd love to discuss them directly with you. As for the package room, we have locker codes. All of our staff is equipped with these codes to allow resident access to the Luxer system in the event Luxer does not issue the proper pickup code to you directly. We are happy to guide you into more Luxer details in person and help you with package related matters in person. Naomi Niles - We are disappointed to hear you had a negative experience living in our community. To be clear, we did contract plowing and ice melt services throughout the community on Sunday, January 14 when the winter storm initially hit our area. As you are aware, the amount of snow and freezing temps made it treacherous for all of Middle Tennessee, including our snow removal team. That being said, we experienced single-digit temps all week and although we were in line for a crew to come back, the demand in the area was so high we were not able to be serviced until Wednesday night which was hugely successful considering many communities in the area were still snowed/iced in. Thursday we had another treatment to protect against ice on the main entry and hillside. Because of the large volume of compacted ice/snow throughout, we salted and shoveled only certain sections of the sidewalks to allow walkways in certain zones. We do apologize you experienced such difficulty during our winter storm. We feel there's more to resolve regarding your listed concerns that are best discussed directly with our team.
