This place had my truck starting in August of 2023 to get a motor replaced. They gave it back on October 15 and it had issues and was jerking, took it back and spent another 250 on another repair. Got it back a couple of days later still have issues, and the check engine light would not go off and had several errors. He said it needed to be reset. The dealer said they will not reset it and to take it back to him. The motor goes out a week later. Get it towed there, and he tells me the warranty is expired. I had the car for 3 weeks and had been back to him 8 times for the same issue. He decided that he would repair it as the warranty went out while he still had the car. I just got the car back on 2/26 and he wants me to pay for labor on a car that was never repaired properly and had to take it right back to time for the same issues. The car is smoking and jerking, not even a mile away from the shop. I took it back to him and re refused to give a loaner car. He called yesterday to pick up the car. He tells my daughter he had someone drive the car to Antioch, and he drives crazy so the car should be fine but now the axle needs to be replaced.
I just drove the car home and taking it to another dealer to fix.
