        Sending out a seemingly threatening letter as advertisment is appalling. If the wrong person opens the letter I received, they'd freak out. When I called, the lady who answered answered with, "law firm." That's it. Very professional. Not sketchy at all. She told me that they use public record information to send out these advertisements. Per the letter (advertisement) I was told that I had a pending lawsuit with the general sessions court in Putnam county. I do not. I never have. Regardless, if I did, I'd call one of our amazing law firms here in Cookeville, not a Bart Durham wannabe. This law firm is disgusting. Be better.

        An exceedingly poor example of what an Officer of the Court is meant to be, in my opinion. I suggest that this guy, and anyone associated with him, be avoided. His other negative reviews on this platform are of absolutely no surprise to me.
