Hertz Car Rental - Nashville Metro Airport

Terrible customer service and staff communication. Received conflicting information from staff and management. Made me walk accross to the garage to be told I was misinformed. Could have been avoided with professionalism and courteous sympathy. But unfortunately they have terrible staff at this location. Thank you but wont be back and Im a regular.

Dont be a Gold Member. They always have problems not having names updated and you need to wait more than non-gold members. Many gold members waiting for more than 30 minutes.

I am currently in line and have been waiting for almost two hours. Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend.

Andrew at Bna airport was AMAZING and hard working. You were so busy and he was the only one working. You have a gem!

My wife and I rented a midsized vehicle from Dollar Rent-A Car. We were served by a female staff member who treated us with no respect. Upon approaching the counter after she called us, she walked away from the counter and was gone for approximately 10 minutes as we waited patiently to be served. We were given a very small vehicle, which wasn't what we had paid. We needed something with trunk space for transporting our children's things to the storage facility. She refused to issue another one, so for peace sake, we took the vehicle. Because the vehicle was far too small we were forced to take it back, but to no avail. We explained our situation to the lady at the exit boot and she told us to bring the car back the next day and exchange it for toe correct one. The next day, we went back to exchange the vehicle and this time we were served by a gentleman who gave us no hassle. Hertz has some very nice and economical vehicles. I would recommend this company to anyone.
