Horrible customer service! You want a check, the teller will escort you to a video room. You want any account information? Video room with a teller on the screen. There are 3 tellers in the lobby!! Oh you want to open or close an account? Video teller. Best part is you can not do this from home you HAVE to waste your time and gas and come to a branch. Just closed all my accounts.

Terrible credit union. I know it's been resold and rebranded a few times. I didn't use a savings account for a few months and they converted it to a dormant account. They started taking a 10 dollars a month dormant fee for a year before I noticed. This was a savings account, not a checking account. I stupidly thought I could just leave the money alone and draw a little interest, but it actually cost me 120 dollars in a year instead of the pennies in interest they were paying out. I'd avoid them at all costs.

I applied for an auto loan and got approved. Emmanuel Leiva was over my loan and gave me a few documents I needed. I didnt get any information on how long the loan was approved for, rates and any guidelines on what vehicle would be approved for loan. Once I found vehicle my loan expired and so I had to reapply and run my credit again. Then the vehicle I chose was not approved. I asked what qualified as a vehicle of value and got vague answers. It was not until I gave a list of vehicles I was given guidelines on what would be approved or not because Emmanuel didnt go over my file to see what guidelines I needed to go buy. As a first time buyer this experience has been frustrating so far.

Loan Officers did not help explain the details of the loan I was preapproved for. Every time I found a car to purchase, they had new guidelines on what I needed. I asked up front what are all the guidelines on the car, and they were vague. It was frustrating and a waste of time dealing with this bank. I would not recommend going through them at all.

They put holds that are against federal regulations on checks. Certified checks not cashiers check with have a 9 day hold on it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you are setting up an account. They do not have instance access debit cards not even temp cards. They will hold your funds against regulation CC and regulation D guide liens
