Great lawyer! I used Ms. Guinn and had a great experience. She was professional and knowledgeable on the matter at hand. She acted like she cared about what was going on with the case and did all she could to help me get what I needed.

Sheryl is a wonderful person. One peice of advice I can give to help folks going through problems, don't blame the people helping you nor the people in the court system. The problems we have are not caused by those people. Sheryl is a very nice person with a good soul. For that I would suggest her to anyone looking for an attorney with a solid moral compass. In the court room she really sticks up for your good side and let's you know when you have it when you are wrong.

This review will not adequately express my extreme disappointment of the incompetence and unprofessionalism of my experience with Atty Sheryl Guinn. She was recommended by a mutual friend. I immediately gave her the requested retainer fee for a probate will on 12/18/20. As of July 11th 2022 she has not responded 26 times to emails and phone calls. I have had to call our mutual friend 4 times to literally ask about Atty Sheryl Guinns extreme unprofessionalism. Our mutual friend asked me to give her another chance which I did. Out of those 4 times Mrs Guinn Responded twice. On July 11th, 2022 Atty Guinn emailed me to inform me she was so busy and would have to drop me as a client. She included absolutely nothing on the work she had done in the to help me pick up where she left off. Im sure this is because she had through her unprofessional incompetence completed nothing in my case. Being a professional myself I know there is no excuse for not respecting other peoples time the way she makes a habit of doing. I would not recommend her for anything much less legal and now have no respect for the Nashville chapter of the NAACP that she is resides as President. I can only assume the reviews shown here otherwise on google are her friends or family and absolutely does not represent truth.
