Meg is great! She's personable, generous, and you can tell she genuinely loves her work. I told her my wife didn't like roses and she suggested some unique ones that she happened to have. Long story short, she changed my wife's mind.

Paid $130 for four Hydrangea stems in a plain glass vase. One oink (and thats on a 10-oink scale). Truly feel ripped off.

I am sad to write this review as we gave the shop an opportunity (over a week) to respond, but never heard back. My husband placed an order for 2/13 pickup for V-day. He upgraded to a larger bouquet even though it was 4x the price we would ever normally spend. When he picked them up, the shop worker could not find his order for awhile. She was looking around, seemingly confused. Looked in the system several times. Finally she came out with a bouquet that 1. Didn't look anything like what he ordered, 2. Was smaller than expected and 3. Had no card to accompany it (which he wrote upon order placement). My husband does not know much about flowers so rolled with it. When he told me the story, I knew it couldn't be right. I work in events and have worked with florists on many occasions. I have never paid $200 for this size and quality of bouquet. I called them on 2/14 to ask them about the incident. Understandably they were busy, and they took down my information and promised a call back. I wanted to give them ample time and did not expect a call that day, or even that week, given the holiday, but it has now been over 10 days with no response. V-day is one of the busiest times for florists, if not the busiest, but it is not an excuse to compromise quality, service, or own up to the fact that maybe the order got lost.

Fantastic service and design. I was helped immediately and they threw together a stunning arrangement between doing online orders.
