I have worked with Jennifer Fields as my agent since I signed up with Farmers insurance last year. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and is always able to resolve any questions or challenges I have in a timely manner.
She is quick to return texts or phone calls until all of my issues are resolved and genuinely cares about my customer satisfaction.
It's very hard to find good customer service these days but Jennifer is definitely an agent who goes over and above to do her job excellently. I highly recommend her as a 5- star agent! She's a keeper!!
