Keith made everything easy, even though I'm sure we frustrated him at times. It has been over 10 years since we bought a house, and it was through our bank where everything was face -to-face. Keith was referred to my wife and I by a friend from our church. We weighed several options, including Navy Federal Credit Union, but opted to go with Keith because it was clear from our communications that we could trust him wholeheartedly to take care of our family during the homebuying process. He was transparent, attentive, knowledgeable, and accessible. He sent videos educating us on the nuances of buying our first home which were incredibly helpful. I appreciate that we were not told to just sign here or there, but rather Keith helped us to understand the process, documents, and figures. He was with us from our home search all the way to closing, and even now after closing I know I can reach out to him with further questions.
