FirstBank Mortgage

When I got the mortgage I sent everything they asked for. Whenever the asked for something else I responded same day. Left things out until last day almost didnt close on time made it by 1 hour. Now that the loan is paid off was given completely wrong information on how to make the last payment. They got last payment twice. They say the refund check was sent from the next state over but its been 2 weeks and still have not received it. If I want them to stop payment it will be AT LEAST another 2 weeks.

Jason at FirstBank was very quick to respond and on such a short close, he was able to achieve all timelines and was very transparent in all aspects. If I had any questions, he was always available to explain things to me and go the extra mile to make sure I understood what was going on. It was a very seamless closing process and I was very appreciative of the hard work put in by everybody to ensure we met the necessary deadlines.
