I wanted a house by the end of 2023 but, had no idea where to start! I requested for someone to reach out to me from Zillow and that luckily was Sam! Sam was a step a head giving me information and guidance during every step of the process and made the Home buying experience a breeze! Sam was recommended by Zillow. He called me for the first time and I was skeptical. Being a retired police officer, I have a hard time trusting people. The more I spoke with Sam the more I could tell that he truly wanted to help me buy a home. My credit score was low and this was my first time buying a home on my own. He was professional, patient, and kind. He explained the home buying process every step of the way. He was always eager to help me. He explained things, he gave an honest opinion and helped me in every way. I only worked with him for a month and a half but, by the time I was in my house he was someone I considered a friend.
