After speaking to multiple mortgage officers, it seemed as if buying a home would be nearly impossible. Everyone that we talked to would give us misinformation leading to us being discouraged. We decided to give it one last shot and so we called Kyle. Soon after our initial call on January 31st, we could tell he was not only very knowledgeable, but also passionate in his work. After hearing outlandish information from other lenders, it was refreshing to hear the right information and encouragement from Kyle. We are very pleased and grateful to him because only 45 days after that initial call, we have closed on our first house! Thanks to Kyle this process was very smooth and surprisingly not stressful at all! We would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house.
