        I've used Jackson Hewitt for many years. Having moved, I'd searched for a location in Nashville that would meet the standard I'd become accustomed to. I went to this location on Nolensville Rd. My tax prep professional was Shay M. She was hands down the BEST tax prep professional I've experienced! She's kind, courteous, fast and thoughtful. She is extremely knowledgeable and very informed about filing taxes and changes to tax laws. Those things alone set her apart from others. She goes above and beyond in her helpfulness to clients. 5 Stars!
