The staff there is very friendly, super supportive and have excellent communication. I have been looking for new jobs since the stress of Covid led to me leaving my job in the medical field. I actually don't live in the city but if you are willing and able to commute to the city, then the staff is more than willing to help you find something in Nashville.

So for anybody that wants to see Savannah Selby posted a glowing 5-star review of new recruiter Kyrstie Remington following my previous negative review detailing the ins-and-outs of how misleading Randstad can be, including interviewing for an internal Tech recruiter role while the hiring manager SHOPPED for groceries I cant make this stuff up. Well come to find out after a little digging that Savannah Selby works at the Sephora here in Nashville where she has been the Operations Lead since June, prior to Kyrstie starting with Randstad. Guess where Kyrstie worked prior to a month ago? You guessed it the same SEPHORA!!! Look it up on Facebook, its clear as day. To be clear I did not come back to the reviews today out of spite. I was contacted by Jordyn, a brilliant marketing manager for Randstad, who made me feel heard and empathized with my situation. So I got on to take down my previous review. It wasnt until I saw this clear attempt of deception that I felt the need to investigate further. Ive been in the staffing game for over 5 years, I know ALL the tricks. Dont believe a majority of these positive reviews, theyre either paid for or come straight from friends and family of the recruiters themselves. They would rather sweep those wronged under the rug and move onto the next than engage us on how we or they can improve. Feedback shouldnt be met by deception, plain and simple. Robotic Recruitment Mentality thru-and-thru.

Hello my name is Palmetra Williams. I dont know why this other name shows. I am extremely happy with Randstad my point of contact person is Stevie. She is AMAZING! She shows that she care. She always respond to her email promptly and with the correct information I seek. Stevie visit two of my locations assignments to check on me and she give me a personal note book from Randstad and she gave Valentines bags to the managers at my location they were very impressed. The company is still amazed with her they said this is the first labor company that shared love to them. Stevie listened to my job placement requirements and she delivered for me!!! Randstad care and has went over and beyond my expectations. Palmetra

Kyrstie is so responsive and helpful! I cant stress how helpful she was. I highly recommend Kyrstie for quick, professional communication.
