        Daughter is an ER nurse in Nashville, had a flat. Tires bought at Firestone Hendersonville. Took car to Firestone Charlotte Pike. Tires a year old and less than 15,000 miles. She needed car to get to work, so needed it back before they closed for night shift. She was initially told tread to worn so needed to replace, and only when questioned, the tire repaired. Excuses given, short staffed, tool measured tread wrong. That would not work for her sorry short staffed, thought you were blood type A oops! In the spirit of Easter, Firestone on Charlotte pike is a bad egg, avoid them.

        I've been dealing with that store for 44 years and they have always met my car maintenance needs.They are at this time under a lot of pressure to satisfy their customers( and there are many of them) due to a lack of office and garage personnel.They are efficient,knowlegable,professional,willing and friendly and I will remain a loyal customer because of them!!!
