        Worst customer experience Ive ever encountered. TJ manager and supervisor Blaine are not caring and extremely rude. They will over charge you if you dont pay close attention. Both are liars and will tell you anything to not service your vehicle in time. My recommendation is to not service your car here and take it to another Firestone.

        Very very bad experience. ZERO stars. Please dont bring your vehicle to this location. Horrible customer service, both manager TJ & supervisor Blaine were extremely rude and not honest & their excuses are they dont have enough staff or there equipment is down and they cant service your vehicle. Highly recommend bringing your car to the Firestone on Charlotte Pike at 6622 Charlotte Ave Nashville, TN 37209 and speak with manger Johnathan, hes a True definition of customer service and stayed after hours to take care of my vehicle.
