We left bewildered by the answers we received and possibly still might breakdown on the way back to middle TN. My husband trusted Countryside but I am now dubious and no longer have the confidence in them I thought I could expect.
On the other hand, the front desk folks are professional and courteous.

I called ahead to get an estimate on lubricating my lower seal on the steering shaft, as my car is squeaking when I turn the wheel, already have steering wheel fluid, just need lubricant.. which they called and gave me a price. I went in today to get it fixed, they said 30 mins which ended up taking an hour, then front desk rep said they sprayed some kind of seal for a temporary fix, but then printed off a bunch of other stuff that needed to be address, which I knew. VERY FRUSTRATED I paid on a temporary fix not on what I called for, or wanted. but was quick to tell me what else was wrong, rather than what the customer/I needed at the time. I DO NOT recommend this auto repair.. wasted my time and energy and money on something they sprayed..( temporary fix) Service: Brake service & repair
