Dr. David Lee has always been so kind to me and understands situations that shows he really cares about each patient and their teeth. Also the assistants nurses and desk assistant has always been super patient and accepting they all want to see me smile again just as much as i do!! i highly recommend Dr. David Lee and his office!!

*Beware*
Unfortunately, I recently had a very deceitful and negative experience with Dr. Christopher D. Lee who operates at Premier Dental in Oak Ridge and New Life Dentistry in Knoxville. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for any type of dental care.
I scheduled a basic cleaning through approved providers via insurance and chose West Bluff Dental and Dr. Christopher Marshall. The appointment was scheduled a few months ahead of time for December 2022. Apparently, the company coincidently changed ownership according to office staff during this period and is now known as New Life Dentistry under Dr. Christopher D. Lee.
Shadily and unprofessionally, I was never notified by New Life Dentistry through phone call, email, or mail of the change in ownership. I arrived for my cleaning appointment and again wasnt notified of any change in ownership by Dr. Christopher D. Lee himself or office staff at anytime throughout the appointment.
Fast forward to April 2023, I receive a statement in the mail for $337.00 for a basic cleaning that was provided. Im notified through the statement/ bill in that New Life Dentistry doesnt take my dental insurance and I owe the full amount out of pocket and the payment is late.
Reviewing the bill I was charged for a new patient fee and complete series of radiographic images along with the scheduled cleaning that was actually performed.
I physically took the statement/ bill to New Life Dentistrys office to further understand and receive clarification on the company changes and unwarranted charges. I spoke with two separate members of Dr. Lees office staff who assured me Id receive a call back for clarification after they had spoken to Dr. Lee. Its been multiple weeks since these promises and Ive yet to receive any communication back. Im now unfairly responsible for a $337.00 cleaning out of pocket as a result.
Please look elsewhere for dental care.
Dr. Lee and staff are deceitful and have poor business practices. If you experience any type of billing discrepancy, billing error, or even have a general question about your bill, dont bother trying to contact them. Please be aware and chose another dental provider.
