Norma and her lackies didn't talk to each other. They refused to talked to me only my husband. When I'm on the loan as well. Norma nvr answer her phone. She will run insurance quotes for you when she not an licensed insurance agent. And then hold closing over your head when you decide to go to another insurance company. We submitted documents several times. To be told someone didn't get them. She said our loan was approved out of her hands. Then called us day of closing that lender needed more approval. If your work with mig don't work with Norma. Biggest headache.

Jackie Pullen at MIG in Oak Ridge is the best. Very fast closing, super friendly, and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what I was getting into. She bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and checked in more than my own family does. So appreciative to have had her on my side! Best lender in Oak Ridge TN, hands down!

Honestly won't recommend to know one this mortgage Investors group, We are first home buyers and after we suppostly got pre-approved and telling Lane Gonzales, everything that we had and didn't have since day one, always saying to us we got Este.
3 days before closing date I started to ask for things that since the beginning we always told him we didn't have, making us spend money, well giving free money away for nothing, never giving us a good orientation and explaining everything to us.
You want real professional people go to Fountain City Mortgage.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend meeting one of this group of mortgage investors. We are first time home buyers and after we supposedly got pre-approved and told Lane Gonzales, everything we had and didn't have from day one, always telling us everything is fine.

There isnt anything I can write to describe how great it was to get a loan from MIG. Shannon Ochiltree was the best Loan officer I have dealt with. She was always transparent & Honest from the beginning. Always had a open line of communication the whole way through. As stressful as buying a home can be, I can honestly say it was smooth and easy. Were beyond happy and blessed with Shannon and her amazing team. Thank you again.

Jackie and her team have been a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and professional. They made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered.
