In the space of 5 years they have gone from collecting an additional 8 bags of garden waste, to 5 bags to no bags. Everything has to fit in the container because the drivers are too lazy to get out of their cabs. Less service provided yet prices increased. Also poor customer service, they never used to be like this. In January, I had my trash picked up only once due to weather apparently my trash wasn't out in time?

Failed to get my trash collection, I called the same day and they said they would get my trash. 5 days pass and still no pickup up I was then told I cant report a missed pickup on the same day! Remember now they said they would pick it up! They then said I have two business days to report it! Now I have overflowing cans plus an extra weeks worth of trash from the current week Ill have to take to the dump! As a taxpayer Im paying for a service they dont even provide! Rude and poor customer service!

Great job abandoning the community while all other companies recovered from the storm and was back to normal operations days ago.
