THE WORST EVER! They repod our shed because it was 31 days "late". Horrible tactics.

They charge 10 dollars to handle payments for their clients their services dont work unless your use a computer they are not android or apple compatible .. so If you get a payment that last 3 years you give these people almost 500 dollars.. I'm not happy at all

They lie to you, then they get upset when you get angry and catch them in lies. This place have charged us over 200$ late fees and ALWAYS blame it on the USPS. They tell me a letter take 2.5 week from Kentucky to Paris Tennessee.. Find another more trustworthy company to handle your billing because this one isnt worth your money.

The building was originally going to cost us $7900. Put down almost $1300. Paid another $300. When it went from company we purchased from to this company it went to $8086. Which is almost $2000 more than what should be owed and more than the original purchase. If we paid the payment each month for four years we would have paid over 16k for the building. More than double than original price. Your payment is broken down to two things. Half goes to them for rental fee. Half goes toward your balance. We only did one month payment then paid it in full so we dont pay so much out. When I paid off I did a check by phone. They couldnt give me anything stating paid in full. It would be six weeks before I get an anything since it was check by phone. I asked for a reference number. They said Tracy, the name of the person who took the payment. Thats not a reference number. STAY AWAY
