I ordered online for pickup said 20-25 mins it was not ready when I go there 30 mins later not even started yet. Was not busy and wasn't even apologetic

first of all the speaker said their headsets are down so you had to pull up to the window to order and to receive your order and I placed an online order there was only 3 people in front of us and we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and they took so long that the person in front of us ended up falling asleep cause of how long it took and wouldnt pull forward then once we got to the window they didnt even have our order ready they tell us to pull around to the front after we already waited 20 minutes just to tell them the name of our order and then waited another 10 minutes just to receive our food. I rarely come here because of the 30-40 minute wait. So if youre gonna order food make sure you have 30 minutes to spare in the Taco Bell line. I dont blame the staff they were nice and probably low staffed but I hope they get the help they need from corporate management because this place seems to be in shambles.
