When looking for a home in the Paris Tennessee area, I had been refer to Trisha at Cannon Realtor by a friend. I called the office and spoke with Chris Parker via the phone. Chris was pleasant and had a calmness to his voice. I explained what I was looking for and Chris said in a matter of factly voice, he could help me find my home. I told Chris I was a pain and this never phased him. He immediately and diligently began a search for a home for me. Chris and I looked at a lot of homes and I finally, with Chris tenacious and lazar focus, found the home I was looking for. He facilitated and assisted in EVERY aspect of the purchase, surpassing anything we could hope for. I am elated that I called that day and spoke with Chris. Just sold home in Camden with Cannon Realty. Ciana Mason was our agent, very professional and was always there to answer questions. We would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home a very positive experience.

My husband says she must be hiding a Super Woman cape... And I couldn't agree more! Ciana Mason made our house hunt and buying process amazing. Because our mortgage company offered a credit if we used a realtor they had in their network, we met with a realtor prior to her and found the experience with him to be horrendous. Then had another realtor that never called us back. After that- we decided the credit wasn't worth it and almost postponed house-hunting until next year! As fate would have it, I saw a house online that we were interested in and called the selling agent listed- one Ciana Mason. It was late on a Friday evening and she not only answered her phone, but took the time to talk with me about the house and was honest enough to let me know the house wouldn't pass VA approval requirements. That work ethic and friendliness carried throughout the entire house buying process. She vetted the houses we were interested in for VA eligibility so we didn't waste time looking at ones that wouldn't work, she answered all our questions promptly and had so much patience with the Facetimed video tours that I had to have due to being out of town for work- which was for every single house tour during the search for our home. Once we decided on the house we wanted to call home, she stayed on top of the process, smoothed out any hiccups, kept us updated and definitely helped keep me calm throughout! Hands down, Ciana is the one you want with you while finding your new home or selling to move into the next chapter of your life. I believe this so much that I agreed for us to put an offer in on a house I had never stepped foot in with a realtor I had never met in person! (It was due to my crazy travel schedule- not anything with Ciana- and has been remedied since.) Thank you Ciana, you are most definitely our Super Realtor!
