We purchased a sidekick a couple of years ago which has been great. No problems at all. We got a call from Justin who works for them and he asked if he could come and do assessment on sidekick. We were confused but made an appointment for him to come out. He was so friendly. Then he adjusted the throttle and checked floormat( which we had the right floormat. He adjusted throttle. We didn't know there was a problem but apparently when they think there is a problem they send people out to fix issues before there's a problem.
We are grateful that Justin was able to come out and check our sidekick. Other companies wait till theres a recall then the people have to make appointments and bring their machine to the company to adjust. That takes time away from work etc. When they could send a person out to fix the issue on recall making it much nicer for the customer.
Thank you Justin and Coleman Tractor for being so good to your customers. I will now only buy equipment from Coleman tractor in Paris.
