Payed all of my bills and later in the day I get a notice that theyre going to shut it all off. Went through the number and it said I payed it all. Get it together this is ridiculous. Edit: New year. Wouldnt let me pay due to an app issue and now made me pay a $35 reconnection fee even though nothing was disconnected. This place is complete trash.

Tried to pay my bill for two days and automated system would not worked. Talked to a real person but they could not take my payment. Sent me a link to the website to pay and it came up as this website can not be reached. This is the craziest menu I have ever had to deal with. Automated system even said my phone number was not correct.

I have houses in 5 cities and BPU is by far the best city to help remind you bout your bill I run three companies and i constantly forget to pay some kind of bills all the time but they send reminders and go above and beyond like this morning Catlin called said you are on the list to cut power if u can go online and pay we will take you off thank you so much for going above and beyond to allow your customers to pay instead just cutting them off!

Great service. Water company came and turned my water off for me when I had leak. Very nice of them
