This USED to be my go to flower shop in Pigeon Forge. I live in Florida and my widowed mother lives in Sevierville. I USED to get extremely nice arrangements here delivered to my mom. Apparently they are owned by a chain now and this is what I got for $100!! The few flowers that it had were already wilting. Completely unacceptable! Find and support another local flower shop!

Alicia delivered our flowers for mine and my wifes first anniversary. The Flowers were beautiful and she was incredibly nice. 10/10 recommend.

I was really hoping to love this shop, however every part of the process of obtaining a bridal bouquet was a hassle as I went thru three different people just to get a quote, which I also had to reach out multiple times to get that far. Fast forward to the wedding- my flowers were over an hour late requiring me to make multiple trips to the shop. They included golden spray pampas grass which I specifically had told them I did not want. I sent them pictures of a boutonniere that included the type of pampas grass I wanted, which I was assured they would be able to match no problem however when I finally got the bouquet it had no pampas grass other than the golden spray. The flowers were pretty, but nowhere near the $192 I paid to have to remove and add my own pampas the day of my wedding. I got one apology with an explanation of why the flowers were late and justified with a I had it written down right here but the girl who did it had the wrong pick up time and thats one of the reasons she no longer works here. Ultimately just upset with the lack of communication and professionalism with this shop. -Kelci Hill (Burgus)
