I have now stayed at this hotel twice. Once back in August of 2023 with a group of friends, and then about two weeks ago with my family. The cleanliness and modern looks of the hotel really make it stand out in an amazing way. The lady with shorter black hair and glasses at the front desk was absolutely amazing with being friendly and providing the best service, and I really appreciated her help during both my trips (especially with my first trip and a dilema that occurred during check in). The only reason I leave 4 stars is because my family got two rooms, and we stayed 3 nights. On day 3/4, we asked for housekeeping in both rooms, since we hadnt yet received any, and unfortunately only 1 of 2 rooms were fully cleaned, with one only having new towels and thats it. No new sheets or made beds unfortunately. Otherwise, its a great place to stay and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in a great location. Some of the staff attitudes needs to be better in this hotel! The cleaning ladies does not leave extra toilet paper and Kleenex when cleaning our room with 4 family members checked in! The restaurant on the first floor staff are not friendly. When the hot water thermos was empty and I asked if they can fill up, the guy said no, hes not filling it up and said he will take my cup and fill it with hot water from the kitchen. I just feel better to fill it up from the thermos where other people would also benefit! I bought buffet for me and my son but the grits pot was already empty and it was only 9:20am. The buffet was supposed to be open til 10am!! The staff dont even care. They were just standing and talking amongst each other!! Needs lots of improvement here!!
