Red Roof Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge - Parkway

Don't go to the Red Roof Inn. It was during the weekdays. I called the office to ask if we could check out a little later since today is the solar eclipse. They said we would need to pay for another day so my husband and I was like okay we would just be out by 11:am. Well shortly later my husband's blood pressure started acting up I talked to house keeping and I talked to the office again I let them know we was going to be needing to do a late check out because my husbands blood pressure was acting up. They said it's $25.00 for every 30 minutes after 11:am. I said that's fine. I said let me get like around a hour. They said that's okay. It was 12:08pm and they called I answered I said Hello we are walking out the door right now. Then they replied and said if we didn't leave right now they were calling the police on us. They had my Driver license information I paid a deposit they had my card information. I wasn't trying to be sneaky about anything. My husband was just trying to get his blood pressure down. Needless to say when they called and said that to me I didn't tell my husband I didn't want his blood pressure to start acting up again. I thought it was very rude. I was paying the $25.00 per every 30 minutes past 11:am so I don't understand what happened. I paid a $105.00 damage deposit. I didn't get refunded anything. We DID leave the room nice and clean when we left. Now when we first checked into our room our floors hadn't been moped in a while. 2 of our lights didn't work. There was something smeared with fingers on some trim and near the door stopper in the bathroom. It looked like poop. We seen 1 roach. There was a couple arguing the night before for atleast 30 minutes to an hour really really late they were super loud. I didn't want to complain about things. When we arrived the staff was nice and helpful..I walked in the room and I was amazed...very clean..VERY SPACIOUS...it had a place like a kinda round desk with a desk chair...microwave...fridge...everything you need for a more than pleasant Stay..very affordable...well worth it...highly recommend this place to stay...you won't be disappointed Rooms: Very clean and spacious Nearby activities: Right beside the mini mall...within walking distance of alot of shops and places to eat..great location

This is a nice motel. I appreciate how clean and quiet this place is. Beds were comfortable, pillows were alright but could be better, the microwave and TV worked great, and the fridge was a good size. The only complaints I have are that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and there is one thing that this place is all about: fees, Fees, FEES. If you lost the key, you would have to pay $10. If you are caught smoking or have more than one pet, you will be evicted and have to pay a hefty fee. That won't affect the rating, though, because I didn't have to pay any of them. Other than that, this is a nice place, Breakfast was good too. And the AC worked great. Noteworthy details: Powerful AC

Great service we stay here at least 8 times a year or more and always have great service. All the people are very friendly and helpful. Great location they are down town and close to everything. There's no place i would rater stay. Also there is no charge for your pet.

Nearby activities: There's a lot to do in walking distance. Walkability: You can walk to a lot of different places. crossing the street looks difficult. The street is very busy.
