Beware of Capital Vacations at the Lodges. Oh how they lie. Literally one lie after the next. Our biggest complaint was we were told 90 minutes, then it went to 90 - 120 minutes, then it went to 90 - 120 minutes from the time our they brought us back. All in all, we arrived at 1 pm (HORRIBLE start time), were taken back at 130, and did not leave until 330. They literally hold you hostage until they are done with you. If you leave early, you get charged for your stay. On top of that, there is a nasty, fake, know it all manager lady who is extremely rude. This experience could have completely ruined our entire stay had we allowed it. Stay away if you want to keep your peace. **Response to the Lodges Reply** - Please reread my review. There was never a mention of staying at your location. People need to know who they are dealing with and Capital Vacations, who owns this location, treats people horribly. There is NEVER a reason to intentionally lie to customers, let alone over and over. Your response is an example of how you deceive people. Please see the attached picture of the notice I was given from Capital. I am confident you know exactly what I am talking about, yet you try to twist/deflect truth about what really happens here. CUSTOMERS BEWARE.....

Conveniently located near all the activities of Pigeon Forge. Spectacular views all around. Rooms are spacious. Furniture is comfortable. All basic amenities in the unit including appliances, flateware, washer dryer, etc... Jet tub is a great plus too. No pool yet but currently constructing on along with more buildings.

This is one of those places where the front desk staff at the office will try to talk you into sitting in a meeting in order to try to sell you a timeshare. At first glance, the places are beautiful, but the furniture isn't very comfortable and if you look closely you can see where the building and furniture are a bit rundown. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of amenities, we even had a toaster and a blender. A master bedroom is huge and the jetted tub was fantastic! There is a front porch and a back deck, both with beautiful views, if you can ignore all the construction that's going on around here. Fortunately, the construction doesn't start until later in the morning and ends at a respectable time in the evening. The Lodges are located right in the middle of Pigeon forge and tons of activities, including the Old Mill, Three Bears Store, The Island, Magiquest, several mountain rides, a bunch of different dinner theaters, tons of shopping and loads of restaurants. You can stay within 2 mi of the Lodges and pack your week full of activities! I would stay here again if I were coming back to Pigeon Forge.
