Monster Broadband

Since Monster sold out to Point Broadband, the customer service has been absolutely terrible. I spent over 1.5 hours on line with 3 different people. All 3 told me something different. The 1st said there was no power outgage but she has received a lot of calles from people in TN, she send me to tech service which was actually the customer service que, after 40 more minutes of waiting on hold the representative told me there was an outage but they have no way of noticing me when service will be restored without me calling back. I called back 3 hours later and the representative told me it was a fiber break and they would send me an auto call when restored and I would receive credit. I really have no idea who to believe I will update if I actually receive a credit, I'm am not believing they will actually go through with it and it is just another lie. For the record, before Point Broadband, Monster Broadband always answered with a human that cared about my issued and tried to help.

Great internet at a great price. Awesome office staff, great field techs and knowledgeable and helpful after hours tech support 7 days a week. Update!!! Still awesome and now offering FIBER in some locations and expanding all the time.
