        I love the furniture and almost 3 years ago I purchased over $13000.00 worth of furniture for my new home. Paid cash. When they delivered it, the owner noticed the couch was broken. He told me he would come back and get it and have it fixed. He never came. I have called the store a few times and personally went in a few times to ask when they were going to take care of this. . I was told they have just been busy but would get to it. Almost 3 years later I still have a broken couch and no offer from them to fix the situation or atleast bring me another couch. After all, I did purchase a brand new couch, not a broken one. I even went back in to the store and purchased another chair and they even delivered it to my home and looked at my couch again while the owners were here and told me they would be in touch with me to come pick my couch up to fix it. I have not heard a word. I love their furniture and very nice folks but this is just bad business and if I were a business owner I could not do this to someone. I will never ever buy anything from them again and I will never ever recommend them to anyone.
