19.75% hidden tax!! Booked online for 5 nights, get to the front desk to check in and all of a sudden my price jumped over $80, and i couldnt get out of the reservation. Second, I ordered something for work while I was there. It arrived a day early. I get to the front desk to find they had opened not only the packaging but the item itself and went through the contents. All the man had to say was we didnt know whose it was. Now when you check in you fill out an Id card (name, DL number, address, vehicle, etc) and the with the name on the package, he knew dam well whose it was. I know of this if card due to when I had to add an extra day to my stay the lady pulled to card out of the like Rolodex in seconds to add new info to it. And lastly, final day there, 0700 in the morning, I ask the lady at front desk when check out was, she stated 1100, I explain to her I have to meet my customer one more time and do laundry and Ill be back to check out. Return to the room not 20 minutes later. She barges into the room, no knock no warning. I ask her what is going on and she looks at me and states just making sure youre checking out today, like we hadnt just had this conversation. I have my alternate thoughts as to why but Ill let you draw your conclusions. The room was out dated and run down. Room service will move your things around to clean if you dont put the do not disturb sign out. Came back one day to find my suitcase on top my computer, super happy about that, luckily nothing was damaged. Buy be warned. Noteworthy details: Great shower pressure, with awesome Wi-Fi. Other than that dam near everything else was falling apart.

Stayed there for 3 weeks with my friend before moving into our new house. Walkability: Right next to Kroger and a 5min walk to McDonald's and other stuff around there.
