Beechwood Apartments

There is a flag outside that says Now Renting. but no one is ever in the office nor does anyone ever answer the phone. When you call the number for the apartments it is forwarded to another number then sent to a voicemail that is full and can not take messages. The one time someone finally answered the phone she immediately and rudely informed me she was busy and Id have to call back later then hung up. If I knew how to get in touch with the owner I would call them directly and complain about the terrible job the manager is doing. I wish there was a zero star option for rating this business.

Ah Beechwood. What can I say about them thats acceptable in a public forum? I lived there for about 8yrs bc theyre affordable. Maintenance is only a phone call away. You never see the office mgr until rent is due. Neighbors are mostly hardworking folk. Service people enter your apt with their own key after a knock so dont be surprised to walk out of your shower & see them. The sink backs up into the dishwasher and the dishwasher backs up into the sink and the neighbors dryer vents into mine and my dryer vents into the walls with holes in them so I guess that all balances out. Mail carriers are warned not to deliver packages to each apt bc the neighbors let so many of their dogs run around the mail carriers have been bitten. But hey, it has a roof and 4 walls which is more than some people have.
