Brown's Body Shop

Love Brown's. Local, reliable and does a great job! Had to use them twice in 5 years, one for a tree falling on my truck, and one for a person backing into the same truck. The repairs are done professionally and seamlessly, and communication with insurance and the rental car company was never a concern. Thanks again Brown's, but you'll understand if I don't want to see you again for a little while. But if anybody does this is the place to go!

Well I hate to say it but I'm a REPEAT customer. Through various unfortunate events in my life I have had to use Brown's body shop. With that being said they have always taken great care of me and never tried to upsell me. All communication is always above water and they do great work. Heaven forbid anything else happens but if it does I will be going back. I probably will buy a 100 shares of their stock as well.

In March of 2024 we needed body work done to a vehicle we had to pay OOP for and would not be using insurance. I took our Nissan to 3 body shops in Shelbyville for opinions. One of those my family recommended was Browns on Stanley BLVD. Browns gave me a quote and felt confident they could do the work and were ok working with me directly. The other shops I think knew their quotes were extremely high so they kept encouraging me to file it with my insurance. My husband and I did not want to file insurance as we were soon going to be adding a teen driver. I chose Browns because Derrick was encouraging and helpful and his quote for work was very reasonable especially compared to the other shops. He took the vehicle on a holiday week and worked hard to help us get it ready under a time crunch.He also helped us address other issues with the vehicle and helped outsource issues with it while in his care that also saved us time and money. I was so pleased with my experience here and I am glad to work with them in the future!
