Never work with these people. Noah Prater was the No show supervisor and Shane Hastings backed everything he and his office Manager Jody Hayes did. She NEVER followed up on promises made, couldn’t understand I was building a custom home and not one they thru together. They didn’t follow the custom plans that their architect Drew up, I’m missing the 3 front steps the garage was to be dropped by 2 feet so the room above the garage would be right, in one corner of our trey ceiling we a shelf where the frame didn’t frame the walls right. Now I have to have custom shower doors, bedroom doors made. We don’t have doors on 2 of our bathrooms because the framing was wrong. The upstairs was built with 2x6’s instead of 2x8’s and there is so many other things

I highly recommend American Home Constructors, Inc. I was impressed by their quality of work, attention to detail and design suggestions. Noah Prater was great to work with throughout the whole process. There were a few hiccups since I was deployed overseas at the time, but Shane Hastings and Noah Prater were very professional and helped my wife through the whole process.

Shane and his team are extremely professional and easy to work with. They are always willing to help anytime, even after hours while most other companies are not. They produce quality work and are tentative with their warranty work! I highly recommend AHC!!

We've lived in our home for over a year now, and we couldn't be more pleased with the craftsmanship and quality. The team at AHC has always been responsive and great to work with. We have been especially impressed by how helpful Noah Prater was at every step of the process. Shane and he even helped us deal with an unresponsive fence company when we made an off-hand comment about it during a visit. They didn't have to do that, and we'd probably still be waiting on a fence if they hadn't stepped in. They've earned all five stars in my book!
