        I am writing this review at 5:30am because our air conditioner unit went out in the middle of the night and we called AVU at 4am desperately hoping someone could come out sometime today and fix it. Knowing we were trying to leave for a trip early this morning, AJ was here at 5am and had us up and running very quickly! This quality of service is just so unexpected in today's world and we feel so lucky to have called AVU first! Thank you AJ. You and your company are truly one of the GOOD GUYS!
