If you're getting your taxes prepared here, you need to call and find out the price first! I was charged $600 for standard deduction. That is highway robbery! The staff is very professional and I have no doubt my taxes were done properly, but no individual should be charged that much for less than 1 hour of work.

Here's a fun little bit of math. They ordered nearly $300.00 worth of pizza and tipped $0.00. It is customary to tip delivery drivers in the neighborhood of 15-20% of your total. Your tip should have been between $45-60. Just letting you accountants know how common math works like common courtesy. You all clearly need a lesson in both.
