        Just purchased a newer excavator 1000hrs. 3 hrs into working it alarms go off. Service guy comes out and is helpful. They take the excavator back and bring me an excavator that is two sizes smaller, 20,000 lbs lighter. Thats when things got weird. Chris the sales guy never had the same story twice, and was very quick to throw the service guy under the bus. We finally get with the service manager,Zack and he was a great help and I think he was very honest. Chris how ever sends our excavator back and truck driver Jeff ask where the bucket is. Long story short Chris sold a bucket to us that he was not supposed to have and the rental manager wanted it back. So he was going to take our bucket that was paid for and leave us with nothing. Also we are still waiting to hear from the store manager. Service is good to us, truck driver Jeff is great, stay away from Chris the sales guy, and yet to be able to say anything about the store manager.
