image My honest review after living here from April 2018 to December 2023. I lived in building 7 on the second floor. It was quiet, my adjacent neighbors never had any dogs so I never heard barking, didnt hear any loud cars in the parking lot, occasionally smelled weed when walking past specific patios. The interior is nice, I never had any leaks, my kitchen sink water pressure was always slightly weak, the shower water pressure was good, my toilet flushed all the way about 30% of the time, the other 70% of the time the water would swirl around the bowl but only some would go down - plunging wouldnt fix the problem, it must be backed up a lot further down the pipes. Refrigerator/microwave/stove worked great all 5 years. The A/C blew very weak out the bedroom vent, so I had a portable window A/C for the bedroom in the summer, otherwise I would have been miserable. The rest of the apt cooled well though. I did have A/C trouble in 2023 as well as 2019; long story short(er); the maintenance man guy named Stuart would come look at my outdoor A/C unit, take it apart and leave pieces on the grass for a couple days, never update me on whats wrong with it, so I track him down in person to come check it out, he said hell get a part for it in the morning, but it was more like the next evening, the new part didnt work, so I end up calling & paying an in town A/C guy to check it out and learned the compressor inside is bad. So I email the manager who said that they allegedly already ordered a new unit for me that should arrive Monday, but they never communicated that to me for whatever reason. And it was actually like 4 days later when it was finally installed on a Friday. Other than that, the pool was re-painted and looked nice, the basketball courts are still in good shape, however, during the summer they would lock the gates to the court and usually only unlock them if you go ask - even though maintenance drives past the gates 100 times a day, they wouldnt unlock them out of courtesy. Outside of summertime they are always unlocked though. The washer and dryers work well, despite the occasional few that have issues sometimes. The fitness center A/C hasnt been fixed since it stopped working in 2021 so be aware of the outdoor temperatures. UAG management company was the owner during my 5 years. Seldin company bought the apartments in December 2023. I got my security deposit within a couple weeks of moving out and Kelly the new business manager has been very helpful with my move out during their transition in ownership.
Since I cant add a separate review, I just added to my old review from 2019 which said this: The interiors and exteriors of the apartments are nice and recently renovated/painted. The pool, basketball & tennis court are really nice as well. A few of the washer and dryers dont work. The cold water pressure in my kitchen sink is weak. When I occasionally go into the main office the leasing ladies are nice. The two maintenance guys have treated me nice too, but here is where my main problem was... Only 1 of the maintenance guys is certified to work on Air Conditioners. Since Ive lived here Ive put in a handful of service request or called the after hours maintenance emergency number d/t my A/C not working. A couple times its been a quick fix but last September I had to go over a week with no A/C, but luckily when I asked to sleep in a vacant apt next door in the meantime he let me. The past couple weeks Ive had trouble with my A/C unit stalling and not cooling the inside of my apt. Maintenance eventually came a couple times but wasnt able to take the time to fix it because he had 17 other people with A/C problems so I just paid over $200 for an A/C repair guy in town to come out and fix the problem b/c there is only 1 maintenance guy thats expected to fix everybodys A/C problems in a timely manner and I wasnt gonna keep waiting. I like living here but just know, if theres a mechanical/electrical problem with your A/C it could take up to a week of you trying to sleep and function in a 90 apartment.

image If I could leave 0 stars I would! Customer service is rude and unclear of charges when applying for an apartment. I applied was denied due to something that happened years ago between one of my children and I. They didnt care to hear anything! Denied and told we just dont have people like that on our property!!! Excuse me! Then an application fee of $50 plus a service fee of $100 plus they took a deposit for a denied application of $200. The $150 was not returned so beware its $100 for them to push a button for a background check and make a call to you! They wont electronically put my $200 back again for a deposit on apartment I didnt even get. I have to wait who knows how long for the corporate office to review and they will mail me a check!!!! I am more than upset and would not refer anyone to a complex of such discrimination and false advertising!
