Front desk receptionist was so kind and understanding. She was willing to help in all the ways she could, and brought in another woman to help grt the correct answers if she didn't know the answer. This made a stressful situation alot more comfortable

I took my girlfriend to the child support office to get account info they said she could not get over the telephone. We drove an hour and 20 mins for the woman behind the glass to be as rude as she could possibly be . We werent greeted with an hello or a smile instead we had to figure out on our own that we had to fill a paper with my girlfriends info . While filling out this paper we heard the woman say to another coworker that its been a short week but the longest week ever . I knew right away we made this trip for nothing . We got to the office at 4:35 they close at 5 its Friday I get it . But that doesnt mean you dont do your job up till 5 ! My girlfriend was handed a piece of paper with some card info on it and as she asked the woman a question the woman just walked off . This woman has wasted not only my time but also my fuel . I believe she needs to be fired for her unprofessional attitude towards me and my girlfriend . We did some research and seen that what my girl was asking for they do have the info and are every much supposed to help her at that office . I really couldnt believe this woman is in a position where she can treat people the way she did us .

Paxton is cruel and bad for Texas. The rule of law is dead in Texas because we are not a theocracy. I pray that God removes this man.

Very unprofessional and rude 10/10 would just get a private attorney rather than go there again
