I spent about $1300 there in 2 weeks on my brand new 2024 Ram 2500 with 500 miles on it. I was happy until the day they did the bed liner. I specifically ask the owner when I dropped it off to make sure his employees lifted the toolbox back into place when reinstalling it and not to slide it on the bed top cap so it won't gouge the plastic rails. He assured ne it wouldn't happen. Later that day I picked it up and there were deep gouges in the bed cap where they pushed the toolbox into place. I wasn't happy. I confronted the owner and he never denied it and all he could say was he couldn't understand why they did it. No apology..no "how can we make this right" nothing but a dumb look on his face. So I paid my bill and left. I will never spend another dime there because they don't care about quality work or your vehicles. Very unprofessional and poor way to handle the situation.
