The brisket of my dreams! Dont think Ive ever had better. It just melts in your mouth! Their sauce is perfect and their sides are great too. What are you waiting for ?!

Yummy! We were very impressed with our visit to the Shed Market today. We were sad that the special Prime Rib sold out right before we ordered, but we were pleased with our choices and we tried many of the meat options: brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sausage (original and with jalapeno). The sides we tried: cornbread muffins with jalapenos, potato salad, and coleslaw. The winner is the coleslaw with the cilantro dressing. This is the best coleslaw I've ever had! We have banana pudding and blackberry cobbler to try later...but for now...our food coma and settling into our Thanksgiving Day(stretchy) pants. :)
Parking: We are in a 40' Class A with a Jeep tow, about 65feet in length total. We were able to park on the street to the south of the restaurant that leads into a residential neighborhood. We left through the neighborhood streets to get back to the main road without any issues.

No drippings left behind. My husband purchased brisket, sausage and ribs to drive back to Florida with and I have no pictures to provide. The bark on the brisket was amazing, the flavor combo that I experienced in every bite of sausage was indescribable. The tender fall off the bone ribs was unlike any other. Let's just say all I have to show is this bottle of BBQ sauce. If ever passing through Texas The Shed is a MUST. Keep in mind they do sell out early so be there bright and early.
