Had a wonderful easy experience Logan was very helpful and knowledgeable on what we were looking for. He saved us more than what we was paying at our last phone company. Thank you for the easy and smooth process.

This store always seems to take there time with there processing the store manager Steven took care of me he had issues processing my order he fixed it took his time to make sure my phone was working properly while still helping other guest

Stephen is awesome! Super helpful. I had more explained to me about my account in the first 10 minutes I was there with him than I had my last 3 visits to Verizon. 100% would go back and work with Stephen again. Customer service extraordinaire.

My experience and my family experience was awesome Steven is an awesome worker takes the time out to make sure you know everything that you need to do while he also taking care of other clients at the same time I would recommend anyone to go and deal with him on 351 in Abilene Texas thanks again Steven

Mr. Logan at the Verizon store TX 351 is by far the best Verizon representative I have ever met. Logan provided quite frankly the best Customer Service I have ever received with ANY company and especially with Verizon. Logan is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. So much so that I live in Las Vegas Nevada and I am now going to make the Verizon store TX 351 my home store. Logan reviewed my entire account, explained the charges and credits and basically fixed everything I have been trying to do for the last 11 months. Last but least I want to say if more people were as professional, thorough, patient and knowledgeable about their professions life would be so much better for all of us. I came into the store to ask how can I cancel my Verizon contract but instead stayed with Verizon. Thank you Logan for everything.
