Elisa,I’m sorry to hear your having an issue with a couple of items from your project. A licensed electrician was used on your project.We finished your project in April 2023. You reached out to me about electrical issues at the end of May. I had the electrician out the beginning of June 2023. You have not reached out regarding any other electrical issues since. I am happy to send the electrician back out to take a look at the problems you are having ma’am. There could be an issue with the sliding hardware on the door if it has come off track a couple of times. We can come out and take a look at it, and replace the hardware if there is an issue with it. Again, I was unaware of this issue, and would certainly have come out to look at it sooner if I knew there was an issue. I don’t recall the paint colors that were used on the project. However, I can certainly come by and take a look at the walls and figure out a plan on how to get this corrected. Again, we do used licensed contractors on all our projects. I’m sorry you are having some issues. We would have certainly got this taken care of much sooner for you had we been made aware. Kyle,This job was not set to take 2-3 days. The mud work alone can take 2-3 days with the dry time. That’s not including the framing, hanging sheetrock, paint, and trim out. I informed your wife and her daughter of the timeline which was about a week. I spoke with her daughter on day 2 of the project. When I first met with your wife to discuss this project I informed her that I could not guarantee the paint color to match as she said she did not have the original color or brand. The proposal also stated the following: “Vision will color match the existing bedroom wall and ceiling color as close as possible. However, there is a chance the color/sheen could be slightly off.” I informed your wife that if she was dissatisfied with the match the next option would be to repaint the room. We used the Sherwin Williams color match tool to attempt to match the color. Which was discussed with her. The color was way off and we were unsatisfied with it. We returned the paint to Sherwin and requested they attempt a rematch. Sherwin Williams rematched the paint and we repainted the area. After the second paint your wife did not express any complaints after we checked satisfaction with her. I informed your wife and her daughter that we would be there roughly between 8-9:30 each day. I personally called her each morning to let her know they were 15-20 minutes out. I informed your wife and her daughter both that they would come in and apply a coat of mud and that it would need to dry. So yes sir, they would leave the property during this time as there was nothing further they could do at the time. Your wife was notified each time they were going to leave as well. I have final photos of the project. The area is free and clear of any debris. The bed was moved away from the wall during the painting process and the floors were covered. If there was anything we missed as we are human and mistakes can happen a phone call to inform us would have taken care of the problem. We strive to make sure all of our customers are satisfied. However, no dissatisfaction was expressed to us either before or after final payment was made. I know this is a holiday week and I’m sure everyone is busy.
