Had a phone interview this morning and was not looking forward to it at all. Thought it was going to be just some more government b.s. Boy was I wrong! My case worker Dianna was a total professional and treated me like a human and not a number. I had several questions prepared for this interview but she covered all of them and a few more I needed to know before having to ask!!! After about 5 minutes on the phone with her all my anxiety about the call was gone! Thank you sooooo much Dianna for helping me!

I came in this morning I don't have food can't get my medication this place has been so rud to everyone they should all be fired and replace with new people that appreciate there jobs they supposed to close at noon it's only 10:21am they are not taking anymore people in
